Zoë Phillips has been teaching within Hertfordshire for the last twenty years in a variety of primary schools in and around Stevenage. Zoë has been a Head for over ten years in two different schools, her current school achieved outstanding in June 2017.
Alongside her leadership commitments, Zoë has been a Hertfordshire Improvement Partner for seven years, supporting and challenging a number of schools within the county. Another role Zoë has taken on is as a Hertfordshire Professional Partner, supporting new headteachers in their transitions into leadership. During the last ten years Zoë has undertaken a range of roles to support schools. This has included leading schools in the absence of a Headteacher but also supporting acting Heads or taking an executive role to support substantive heads.
