Attendance Procedures
The school will communicate your child's attendance at the end of each term on their reports. If a child's attendance drops below 95%, we will send an email to offer support to help improve attendance. Pupils with attendance below 90% are identified by the Department of Education as being pupils with Persistent Absenteeism (PA). This group of children are at risk of achieving below their expected levels of academic attainment and as such, we communicate with parents at the start of each half term if a child's attendance is below 90% for the year to date. Mental Health and Wellbeing at Round Diamond
As a school, wellbeing and mental health in our pupils and staff are a high priority; Round Diamond is committed to supporting the resilience, emotional health and wellbeing of our pupils and staff.

We all have times when we struggle with our mental wellbeing, where we feel stressed, upset or find it difficult to cope.
